Using the logic of normal type governor sensors then the revlock is unique in that it doesn't require the magnet to be orientated in any particular way and the mounting of the sensor is slightly different. I would conclude from this that the revlock will only work with its dedicated sensor.
The Specktrum back plate sensor can work with TJ Revmax, ATG, Multigov and Spektrum which is a throttle jockey.

Just to add to Andy's List.. I have it working with my Align Governor.. However, you'll need to make an adaptor and it requires swapping 2 wires around.. Or you can buy a ready made one, I think Midland stock it..
If you had access to an oscilloscope and you have the revlock in a position to test it with its sensor you could look at the output from the sensor. You could then look at the output from the spektrum backplate sensor and see whether it is the same.
What I should say is I have no idea whether the backplate sensor and revlock can work together. I only know you can only use one magnet with the revlock because it is not polarised like other governor sensors.
