I have a set of Ace R/C DS1015 servos and was planning to use them in a Raptor 90.
They have ali cases with fins to dissipate heat. But if I mount them in the Raptor the fins will be covered up as they will be slotted into the servo frame.
Soooo, is anyone familiar enough with these servos to know if they are in danger of overheating if mounted in this type of frame?
I can also use Align DS610s on the Raptor and I am considering putting the Ace R/C servos on an Ely.Q Ultimate where they will be open to the air (they are admittedly a bit overkill for the Ely.Q though).
