  • gain values on 611 with a dx7

currently have my gy 611 set up with my dx7! have it setup on the gear switch changing from h/h/rate can anyone say what a ball park figure is on the 611 screen gain wise! i can alter gain + - via travel adjust but struggling to find a happy medium!

34 -40 is usually right in the sweet spot on the screen on a 611. A is heading hold and N is rate

Thanks for that tom hit the nail on the head there! the screen was showing values in both rate and h/h high in the 90,s! didnt think nothing of it till i got it into the hover and the heli was shaking and vibrating all over the show! played about a little with travel adjust and have them both at 34 now and the shaking has stopped!

I did mate, never went into rate though so it may need some tweaking if you do.

I set my gain to 37 and forget about it
