A throttle servo does not need to be especially quick. So I see no reason not to use it.

I use the S3152. No idea what speed it is but it works for me. (I don't use a governor tho)Martin

If my memory serves me correctly, the S3151 and S3152 are about that speed [~0.22 sec/60deg] also at 4.8V. Mike
