Just thought I'd post some pics and vids of my recent upgrade of a futaba 9650 to a 9257.
Here is a vid of two 9650's together to show that they are operating at the same rate:

Here are the pictures of which two gears have to be replaced:

And here is a picture which compares the 9650 gears to the 9257:
And finally a vid comparing the speed of the upgraded servo (top one) and a 9650. The upgraded servo is quite a bit faster. Not bad for £6 and about 3 mins to do!
