  • TowerPro servos ???

Would it be ok to use TowerPro servo's on a Trex 250, im not sure what type Towerpro servos they are, but are they ok to use on a Trex 250 for mild aerobatics and light 3D.

I understad that its better use well known reliable servos, but im on a tight budget at the moment, and wondering if these servos will be ok.

    Thanks

should be ok to get it flying. obviously better off with something more reliable but they will work for normal / mild sport flying not 3D. I used them all the time when learning and keeping costs low regardless of the heli toffs comments saying they're crap . Survived quite a few crashes too.

Good little servos those, only trouble is that the gears are very thin and break easily. They will sure get you in the air cheaply. Just buy extras because you will need them sooner or later. You can get them for a couple of quid each from Asia.

I'm using 3 of the Mg range on my little boys 450. Not the best centering in the world but fine to use.
