Replacement magnets for TT zero alpha gov

Hi all,

i'm looking for replacement magnets for a TT Zero Alpha govenor and can't see anywhere which sells TT specific ones. The closest i've come to is a TTAQ0820 kit from Midlands which is a bit overkill.

Can other magnets be used from other manufacturers? Does anyone have experience using others?

I haven't looked at the magnets you referenced but most governor magnets are 4mm round and 2mm thick. If you search on ebay you will find you can purchase 50 for about £3.00.

The Align ones are 4mm x 1.5mm round BTW

As Andy says, i got a load (50 i think) from ebay for a few quid, work great with the Align RCE-G600 or the Multigov Pro

I stood corrected.

Having found out they can be purchased for next to nothing it is a definite rip off that suppliers want £3 or more for just 2 magnets.
