How do you get these gyros to work on a Ar6100e ???

I'm getting really frustrated now.

I just bought a Belt CP Carbon kit, built it, put all the electrics in it, they all work fine, but its he bloody gyro !

I cant get any of my gyros to work on my ar6100e and a Align DS420 tail servo.

All my gyros are HH gyros i think, i have three of them, and this is how ive tried to do it..

Esky HH Gyro

Plug the 3 wire plug into the rudder port, plug the signal wire plug into the gear port, and plug the tail servo into the gyro (pins facing upwards).

CopterX GY240 gyro

Plug the 3 wire plug into the rudder port, plug the signal wire plug into the gear port (ive tried putting the plugs in both ways round). and plug the tail servo into the female port wire on the gyro.

Colco GY400 Gyro

Plug the 3 wire plug into the rudder port, plug the signal wire plug into the gear port (ive tried putting the plugs in both ways round). and plug the tail servo into the female port wire on the gyro.



Nothing works, when i say nothing i mean the gyro lights dont come on, there no response from the gyro, they dont function, sometimes the tail servo works when plugged into the gyro, but the gyro still doesnt function not even if i shake it to see if it moves the tail servo.

Am i missing something ? , i have just got the MiniG gyro and im thinking about using that on this heli, but i got it for my 250 and dont want to use it on the 450.

Any ideas guys ??

Long shot here but have your tried re-binding the tx and rx with the gyro you wish to use connected.

Also have you set the gyro rates in the DX6i and then moving the gear switch to see if the light comes on for hh mode.

Try using say:

0 75(HH)
1 25 (rate)
