  • Will a CSM gov sensor work with a multigov pro?

    Just bought a multigov for the Aurora and was wondering if i could use the sensor from my revlock 30 as its a pita taking the sensor off

    Not sure Tony but if you put the lcd display on there is a way telling if the sensor is picking up the magnet. The multigov uses the same connection as the revlock though so I dont see a reason why not.

      well i got the screen coming too so ill give it a whirl.
      BTW, is the setup quite simple with the multigov Tom?

        Don't know about the CSM but it works with then Spektrum back plate sensor, Very easy to set up, you just enter in your gearing, the disered head speed and thats pretty much it apart from adjusting the throttle curves, if you look on Helfreak there's some tutorial vids by bob finless which are very useful.

                  Following on this thread about sensors, is there a better way of mounting the Carb Smart temp probe in the head vanes than the messy way Uncle Bob suggests in Helifreak tech?
                  I seem to remember someone having an alternative to the epoxy and rtv method.
