    Stiff DS620?

    Does anyone know if this is a common issue with this servo?

    When it was new the horn moved with very little effort but after only a few weeks operation its action is rather stiff? (powered off)

    I have stripped it down and cannot see any signs of wear, binding or damage, it works OK but I am worried it is a sign of impending failure.

    My 620 is also not that free when compared with the S9254 I have on my 500.

      I had the same issue.. my DS610 was working fine.. then all of sudden it when turned off would be really really stiff to move.. after a few flights it cured itself.

        Align failings again eh?...my ds 620 had to have wires resoldered after only a few flights....hmmm
