I haven't but I have tried to stall the servos throughout their entire range which didn't highlight any issues.

Whats more annoying, I've just returned from a test flight where I had convinced myself that the heli was rolling slightly on full positive or negative pitch. However, when I gave it to my 9 year old son to fly / abuse he didn't detect any unwanted cyclic interactions

Are you sure you've got your spigot bearing properly aligned with your input shaft, your flange the right way round on your crankshaft and the timing right on your cambelt?
If you haven't it's never going to fly properly!
