Yes, but only if you are running 8V setup. I use the AR7100R and have 610's on the cyclic at 8V which run fine and have done for a year now
However, the way the AR7100R ports are means that you have to run the cyclic servos on direct voltage as the cyclics are not regulated, only the Rudder, Aux 2, Gear2 & Throttle 2 are regulated (throttle 1 and gear 1 along with the cyclics are unregulated.)

I use one straight to 8V
If you use the limiter function then it uses up the gear channel
Heli Harry has one for sale

Or you can use a LiFe battery which puts out less voltage and run unregulated. This is what I do with Futaba servo's rated for 6V.
I'm happy the cyclic servos (S9351) will be ok on 6.7V and the 7100R runs everything else at 5.2V.
Makes for a nice clean minimal installNick

I use the 7100 (without the rev limiter) on my Srimoks one has JR 8717s the other has Futaba BLS 451s and both run happily at 8v.Mikes Place - Home of the golden dump.

I'm running 2 x 7100R's with BLS451's unregulated, all good!
Make sure you have Tx set linea throttle and +100/-100 in the Gyro menu when you calibrate as they can be a bit fussy. I run my Switchglow's on gear channel also, just have a +ve value in Norm (SG on) and -ve for IU1/2 (SG off) then just tach your HS and adjust Gyro value in Tx to suit, simples!Nigel
Ahhh - I see the screw-up fairy has visited us again!

I have two AR7100's (non R).
One runs on straight 2S LiPo to 8717's and the other uses a Perfect Regulator giving 6v to BLS451's.Member of Byley Model Flying Club

I'll be using an AR7100R running the Revlimiter
Can the switchglow be used on the gear or what channel as well as
I'll also be only using Futaba 9252's so need to keep the voltage less than 5.8V
Would the normal 6V Perfect Regulator or the adjustable be OK
What's the benefit of their inline one
Not sure if the 9252's would like a constant 6V
Although I've been running them from the Align 2in1 now for a year, which is 5.8V

The inline perfect reg is perfect (excuse the pun) for the AR7100 as it has a deans in and deans out. The AR7100 has large guage wire input (perfect for Deans) so it works really well.
Most other regs use a standard servo plug input so the advantage of the large guage input of the AR7100 is lost. HTH.
