3in1 gyro help!

I have a Esky honey bee cp3.

And when i was flying this morning the tail gyro seemed to be too tight/untight.

Does the Gain dial control the sensitivity of the built in Gyro?

When i was trying to spin around slowly the tail would spin around but would jolt as its spinning ?
