Failed Gyro ??

I have a Trex 450V2 SE with a GY401 and Futaba 9254 servo.
It was fitted into a scale body but I removed it to fit into something else.
Now when it spools up, just before the point when it leaves the ground it pirrouettes on the ground until you reduce throttle.
The gyro has not moved and is still up the same way, I am really stumped .
Any help please.??

I think you are right, i moved my tail servo to the other side. I will go and put my dunces hat on right away

You could of just reversed the 401 with the switch on the gyro, rev the tail servo direction on the Tx then reset limits and your done. At least you got it sorted
