  • **Revlock setup Video**

    Hi Guys,

I've noticed recently that a few people have struggled with the setup up a CSM revlock engine governor. So I decided to make a video of how to do it.

The video covers magnet and sensor install, radio setup using the revlock lights to achieve your desired engine speed and a few extra tips.

Helituning.com have very kindly agreed to host this video for me. Thanks guys

I hope this maybe of help to some of you.

This is my first video so go easy on me You may hear me using the words urm and ur a few times

    CSM Revlock Setup
    Cheers Matt

Nice one Matt. That will be very useful to a lot of people. I always find it much easier understand something when shown, as oppose to simply reading about it.
I hope you don't mind me adding a small tip...
When setting the gap between the magnet and sensor to the recommended amount, this being between 1-2mm. The simplest method I've found is to place a thin piece of card of the required thickness and place it over the magnet. Now adjust the sensor bracket so as the sensor just touches the card, secure the sensor bracket and simply remove the card. You now have the correct gap.
                Mike.

Great load of info there Matt! Bookmarked this page for future use, thinking of getting one of these as a DX7 is out of my price range for now.
