Having tried them all, I chose the CSM 720.
I'd love it to have a smaller box, but having fitted one to my Trex250 last night and it required almost zero setup (had to reverse gyro sense, thats it), I'm convinced there's nothing better.
I was lucky enough to become sponsored with CSM recently, this was after all my gyro adventures had funneled me to that brand.
Just my 2p

I voted for Spartan as I have used them for a while but I really want to try the 520 and the Quark now thats out too.
CSM,I just dont like the old box look although everyone says they are a fantastic gyro.
I'm too much about the bling I'm afraid
Quark in the metal case would sit lovely on the LE

Align GP750 for me, have them on all our helis, from a 250 to a aurora, the best consistant piro rate holds superb, best gyro i have ever owned and much prefer it over the spartan and GY611James

I do like the Mini-G gyro. Easy to program with the G-view, a little bit more complicated without it.
Also I would be happy using the GP750, which is extremely easy to program, and is also an excellent gyro.ANdy - CDMFC

I have always been a '401' guy - simple and easy to setup, however I have just fitted a Solid G to my 700LE. Granted the G-View makes life easy, it is possible to setup without. Lots of parameters to adjust nearly made me take it back, but after setting neutral and the L/R limits, it's easier to setup than the 401!Shaun.

I've flown pretty much every gyro on either my helis or other peoples.
Most gyros are actually quite good. The Spartan was really excellent, but I could never get the piro consistency beyond a certain point which limited my comfort zone pushing things like low walls of death.
The CSM 720 is my choice now. It works amazingly well but can be a little bit intollerant of vibes or setup issues.
btw. I am NOT sponsored by them
