Im looking to change the gyro on my micro electric (it’s a walkera so the one on it is not that good) can I get some ideas please on a ok gyro for a beginner with a zoom/shotgun size heli.

    Thanks

edit: i know the 401 is the best out there at the moment but this is a bit of an overkill for this application...

Why? with a proper gyro it will be easier to set up and perform betteron a heli of any size. I used my old Trex 401 in my Raptor 90.

I guess you could try the CSM

        Hi

I used the Airtrix 500g on my Trex up until I ditched it into the ground (Not the Gyro's fault)

I'll let you know if it survived the crash in due course. If it has then I will buy another for my Shuttle

Not bad value for £50 with both HH and normal mode along with remote gain.

        Cheers

i wouldnt bother upgrading it, the gyro isnt really the issue the speed at which the tail motor can change speed is more of a problem.

leave it stock and fly it to death.

abyiss, this isnt a 36 its a hummingbird FP clone with a motor tail.
