Revlocks are great but they have a 'soft start' feature. This means if you bail out of an auto the rpm won't kick in straight away. Not a big deal though if you decide to bail out with a bit of height to allow the headspeed to recover. Some will say that this isn't a problem if you flick into normal mode at the same time as hitting throttle hold but to me this just adds extra things to remember when there is already a lot going on.
I've had success with the align gov. Really easy to set up and does not have the soft start so making autos a tad less frightening!

Ah this is why mine is set up so I can disable the rev-locks and my idle up 1 curve comes into play and will spool up to bail out of the auto....

Yeah, you could do that but it's a bit more messing about and just another thing to think about or go wrong. With something as simple as the align gov it's just plug and play. The sensor is even ready to mount straight out of the box (especially on the 600n).
Multigov is also a great bit of kit but very expensive relative to the others.
Just to throw a spanner in the works (Sorry) have you considered the Rev Max ?
It works as a rev limiter, where as the Revlock is always playing catch up. You can however program the Revlock 20 on the PC with the appropreate lead to act as a limiter.
Now I've confused you.
Mike.
