ko propo pds2365ics confused

Hi All

Just purchased a second hand raptor titan with a ko propo pds2365ics on pitch,problem is I have plugged it into GWS 8 channel receiver and it does'nt work.I don't know anything about these servo's but I've looked on t'internet and it says they are programable.I did'nt get any software or leads with the servo so i'm a bit puzzled what to do.I know the guy I bought it off was using futaba 2.4, would this make any difference?I have futaba radio gear but on 35meg,should I dig the receiver out of my other raptor to try or am I just wasting my time?


Any help on this matter would be gratefully received .

You dont need a programmer for servo's and TBH not alot of people bother programming theres n e way ...if its not working .. have u tried it in another slot on the Rx to rule out the Rx ??? ...

Yes I've tried it in every channel and i'm getting nothing out of it,do you think it could be kapput ?(hope not)

Forgot to say i've put other servo's in the receiver and there working perfect

Yup DEF sounds like the servo is fubarred ...Personally if ya changing the pitch on the titan ... then use something with metal gearing .. I use a Hitec 645 on my Titan and its nice and smooth

Thanks for the answer mike w ,not that I wanted to here it.It just so happens i've got 5 hitec 645 sitting in a cristian eagle doing nowt so I might aswell dig one out.

yeh sorry m8e ... its not the answer alot of people would have liked .. but at least you have some in a plane you can borrow for a bit ...
