Spartan Gyro Management

Howdie,

If i recall correctly, a few months ago it was mentioned on the forum that there was going to be a programming module made for the Spartan gyro which would eleviate the need for either the bluetooth or USB which requires a 3rd party viewing device.

Plug it in and do the programming via a small LCD screen. Am i correct that this was work in progress, and if so any idea when it might be expected?

Never heard of it myself Aidi but I would be all for purchasing one if it ever came about.

I might be getting mixed up with the Multigov which i think uses the same principle.. I am sure Angelo or RaptorHeli2 will confirm if they read this.

I remember reading something along those lines Aidi. Would be a fantastic idea. I think the new Futaba gyro which has yet to be released has this facility. A bit like the 611 without the weight or cables. Your right about the Muligov having this facility too.

there is a programming module planned yes. it is top of the priority list along with the gov. time scale there is nothing confirmed as yet. now the "ds650" is out that will help clear the queue a little.
