9254 servo lead repair

Can anyone tell me how i get the pcb out of the case without damaging anything? Took the raptor out today, had a flight and when i landed to adjust something then next time i powered the heli i had no tail control. Servo lead had come away from behind the little rudder boot thing. I have it apart in front of me but dont want to force anything and the pcb lifts at one end but the motor doesnt want to come out of the case. Can anyone recommend something because i dont want to break anything getting access to the front of the pcb. Ive done plenty gears but never had to replace a lead before. Well not one thats detached in the case itself anyways.

is it not possible to take it apart and repair ?

or can you return it as faulty

No the servo isnt new so warranty out the question, couldnt find the receipt anyways lol. Think ive gotta de-solder the motor. Its quite common on the 9254 by the looks of things. Just glad i was on the deck or things could have been bad.
