Help! Futaba 3152 servo not working right!

Brother had his first crash about 2 weeks ago, anyway he didn't do too much damage to his Trex 600 nsp (Blades, boom and skids). We had to replace the gears in a couple of his servo's (Futaba S3152), but having put it all back together, the elevator servo is making a strange noise like its binding. Opened up the servo and when you turn on the the TX and then switch the 2 in 1 reg on, the servo is continuously spinning up the gears!

Anybody know what might be causing this and how to fix it, or is the servo broken and he needs a new one?

Your help would be much appreciated.

Trex 600 NSP and as my first proper Heli, I'm loving it.

I'd buy new anyway, rather than try to fix it, the 3152's are cheap enough.
