Spartan 760 test flight

I just flew my new Spartan 760 gyro straight out the box, and I am blown away with how good it is. I have only ever flew Futaba 401 gyro's, and no joke this flys better in 13mph winds than my 401 ever flew in still conditions.

It feels like a whole new heli to me, and it very strange to not have to keep correcting the tail. They have had serious supply issues so far this year, but they seem to be well stocked at the moment. If anyone is on the fence about getting one, just do it. You won't regret it.

The 401 is ok for sports flying. When it gets windy or you use a scorpion engine, or do lots piro moves its time to upgrade. You are welcome to fly mine this weekend if you like.

Spartan 760 is the only gyro of choice for me now. I was so impressed with it also. Bloody great gyros at a very reasonable price IMO.

As quoted I made a thread some time back stating how good these gyro's were.

I still believe there is nothing better.

3 gyros is nothing. i have 5 (ok i don't count) and a mate also has 5. but someone i know just bought......TWELVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and yes they are all for him.
