I just want to double check something am I right in that the pitch plugs in to AUX1? And AUX2-3 is not used

Yes, pitch plugs into Aux1 as it mentions in the AR7200BX manual.

Aux2 and Aux3 are provided as output channels for your own use, or if you use the nitro governor feature, the sensor connects to Aux3 and you use the Aux3 channel for rev limit setting.
