I am fitting a beastx to my trex250 se. What hz do I need to set the ds 410 servo and the ds 420 at?

65hz red flashing an 200hz blue for the tail.

I am really stuck with this now. (I) setting the swash servo directions. Can't get any of the servo working properly tried reversing in transmiter as well still no good.

Aslong as you have the cyclic servos in the correct ports , the best way is go into swash servo directions menu , keep scrolling until all 3 servos go either up or down with the pitch an then reverse any servo in transmitter afterwards, ie elevator , aileron if it's goin the wrong direction ,should be a doddle

As Jim says, make sure servos are in the right port, it's easy to mix up aileron and pitch. Start with all servos non reversed and cycle through the servo match until they move up and down together then reverse as required.

I must have one in the wrong port as one servo is hardly moving.

I take it I have to check servo's in the beastx ports and not the receiver

Both really, have only used the spektrum beast myself which is built in receiver , just check them one by one both into receiver and into beastx unit .

Channel 1 elevator
Channel 2 aileron
channel 3 pitch
channel 4 rudder

These are the locations for the leads out of your beast x.

I am sure they are in the right ports, as my spektrum receiver doesn't have numbers on it. It says elevator, aileron ect instead. Could it be the pitch and aileron need swapping over?

im assuming you have tx setup 1 servo and beastx set 120 as above screen shot, when you say one servo hardly moving.

Spektrum Transmiter is set on 120 normal. Is that right?
