HK 4015 - 1070 vs HK 3226 - 1600 for logo 400se

Hey guys, could somebody tell me the differences between these 2 motors? I am new to the whole motor game, and have got no idea of which will suit my 400se best?

the 4015-1070 is about £80
the 3226 - 1600 is about £100

any help would be great.
