Pyro 700-52 Sanity check 2, and that sinking feeling

Just received my pyro 700-52 from Kontronik direct, and although the box and invoice state its a 27412 it very much appears to be the long version as the shaft is over 35mm (i understand the standard is 23.5mm).

Just wanted to have this confirmed, before I contact them.

Hey, if they have sent you a Long Shaft and you wanted a short one, they send me a Short Shaft on a LS box. It's brand new straight from Kontronik so if you wanted to swap them over to save you time/hassle that would t be a problem.

Just an update, Kontronik have sent out a new motor before even receiving the old back, so fair play to Kontronik. I must also say a big thankyou to Ben Varley for a very fast response to my email and supplying the necessary form to return the motor. Lastly thanks to the Grant_beltcp for the offer of the swap, very nearly took you up on that offer, but thought i would let KK have a chance to make amends
