I bought mine from SM-Modelbau http://www.sm-modellbau.de in Germany, no one stocks them in the UK. It took 2 weeks to arrive from ordering, although they did say they'd posted it a week before they actually had!

I use Chrome and it's got an auto translate feature which makes life easier. You can also contact them using their contact form (Kontakt in the menu on the left) and they respond in English.

steve_b do you find it useful the info it logs?
i just like to know what the esc is doing so maybe can make it work less/more for best performance

I've found it useful so far as I seem to be running a higher headspeed than Mr Mels calculator said I should be, so I've dropped my throttle curves a bit. It's also good for setting gear ratios, so I'm thinking of running a bigger pinion so I can have the throttle settings a bit lower as the governor was having a hard time keeping the headspeed.

I'm also using it to keep a check on the packs and I've already seen that on my X7 there's a better pack out of the 3 and on my 550 they're reasonable similar.

I've found it useful so far, and keep using them so you can see what effect changes to setting or flying style make.
