Does anyone balance motors in the UK?

I have a Scorpion 4035-400 originally it had an 8mm shaft which was replaced with a 6mm (pinion end) to fit my trex 700. The issue is at a head speed of 15500 it vibrates quite badly. It may just need balancing or it may need the shaft re-seating but I need someone with the tools to be able to do all the necessary checks.

Willing to pay but have no idea where to start.
