Motor rewinder?

Hi all,

Does anybody know anyone who can rewind motors? I have a Scorpion 4035-330Kv which I want rewinding but I'm struggling to find someone who can do it. I've tried contacting GMauro but have had no response. Id much rather go the rewind route as it saves me having to stump up for a new motor.

Ask Scorpion, I had a motor smoke on me and spoke to them. They asked me to send it in, they rewind it and sent it back within a few weeks.

James did one of mine but I don't know if he still wants to do any. I had someone else at one of the clubs I fly at do a few and now he has gone awol.

I can still do them - but they take me an inordinate amount of time as I have so much other stuff going on at the moment.

The scorpions can be quite difficult to take apart (they epoxy their stator holders onto the stators, and the last one I did I had to soak in solvent for a couple of week).

I still owe Gixerman his motor back (imminent lol) and have one of James Mackensies that got ruined in a tree still to complete.

Im happy to do them, but as a side interest as it makes no sense to try to make money out of it - id not make minimum wage
