3s Charging on Accucel 6 question

Hi all - i have had my accucel 6 charger for around a month now and balance charging my 2 1month old turnigy 3s 2200 batteries.
I just want to ask:
when i balance charge, it finishes at 12.5v
is this normal? (coz i thought full voltage should be around 12.6v)

they are both displaying 4.2 (sometimes 4.19) per cell when finished.

I have that occasionally with 3s, 4s, 5s and 6s. I then do a balance charge and it seems to settle them out for a while.

ok thanks. even tho i always use balance charge?
or should i not be using balance charge all the time?

That is quite normal imo...nothing to worry about.

No, thats OK. I just charge in the first setting. The only time to worry is if there is a large difference between the cells. As Bladestriker says, yours are quite normal.
