any one used thunder power warranty

well put my logo in a three or four weeks ago ,been to busy with other things around the home to get the heli back in the air but now i am getting itchy, so all i have is pics of them , just wondering if any one has gone to claim 50% crash replacement .

yes we were two ,a few at the club said same thing , we shorted them out later for safety . we do have younger members & visitors turn up sometimes ,+ i did not like the idea putting them in the car & bringing them home.

well i had no need to have any worries, a nice little chat today on the online support, with a very helpful chap called rob from midland heli , i explained me packs were destroyed , was not a problem all he asked me for was some pics to be sent to a link he provided & the copy of the receipt ,when he responded we had a little laugh at the damage, he complemented me on the damage i had inflicted on them , so he said no problem & that he will be in touch when he process the order.

so it looks like the warranty is good ill keep you updated .

Well worth knowing I have been tempted by the warranty and the charge rate I use a genny at the field so would only need a few packs to last 2 years sounds a complete bargain.

My thunder powers are still going strong after 70 cycles now, there's no sign of puffing at all. The internal resistances didn't stop falling till after 50 cycles. I'm well pleased with mine.

ok just received my new thunder power replacement lipo 2 x 5000 at 50 % crash price , the warranty does indeed mean what it says , & big thanks to rob turnbull at midlands for getting me new packs sorted.
