Are you using USB lead or program on unit?

Cold weather point set to 10c! The charger is in the garage and it's cold. Should I change that?

            PL8 charge problem??

It's cold out, that setting is there for a reason.

Bring it all inside and let the packs warm up for an hour and then charge to 4.2v

You can turn it off by going into settings mode as in the manual .

As above cold weather setting, as Joe says bring them inside and let them warm up a tad. However, don't then put them back outside in the garage as they can over volt. Leave them inside or take the cold weather charge and reduce your flight time to compensate
