Charging small 3S through balance leads

Forgive me if this is a silly question, as I'm very out of the loop with RC.

With my PL8 and FMA parallel board, is it possible for me to charge a 1300mAh 3S LiPo via the balance lead only? I've not got any adaptor or connector to power the XT30 connected LiPos for a 300x I've just bought.

As far as I'm aware it's classed as node charging and the only chargers on the revo range to do this are the multi 4 and the 10S.
