I received my replacement lipo off Andy at 10 o'clock this morning!!!

Hell no lol....im not dissing the opti power packs as im still flying them,the only prob they are causing is they wont come out the 600pro straight after flight,the velcro straps catch on the frames

Im not crashing often enough to need the 50% off crash damage

I got 10 puffy optis,can't see them being replaced,it would only happen again anyway.....rusty bearings from their nitro,now this!!

I have x4 Optipower 2700 6s packs for my trex 500 only got them a few months ago i formed the packs and have been totaly ainal with there treatment never discharged below 20% and charged on a decent charger&psu, now all puffed! So dose the warranty only march on paper? or has it realy got balls!? i fear that if i try to have them replaced i will get the standard type answer ' you have done them in yourself!' makes me mad!! think i'l send them a polite email monday, I feel like i wish i had got Nanotech's and taken my chances! seems to me the odd's are the same!!!

Andy has email'd me and will look into it for me. now that is a fast responce, outstanding! thank you

So the warranty on Optipower dose have boots, and dose not just march on paper. A big thankyou to Andy and Lee, i got an email from both the guys and they are sending me four new packs to replace the toady ones! Uber!! may i also say they delt with this problem in double quick time, must be light infantry lol

I approached Andy at the Zone and he couldn't of been more helpful,lets hope they have rectified the problem.

I got 5 ltr bottle of 20% optifuel a month ago I have used 3/4 of it but now my engine misfires and the bottle has puffed a bit in the heat, going too try and get it replaced I do not think the bottles should puff like that.......

Hi, Does the bottle puff after use and then go down or stay properly puffed all the time, is the bottle getting hot in service and how does it compare to the other bottles? Is it delivering it's full capacity and have you tried fully discharging it and then fully charging it...................!

If the bottle continues to stay in this state we will of course replace the bottle, what's in it is extra of course!!
