Just wanted to put a thread up to say thankyou to Andy of Optipower fame.
I bought a rx lipo off him at the champs for my 700 so i can get more flights.
Unfortunatly due to a crash i bent it within a week
Contacted Andy, and filled in the 50% crash replacement form that took all of 30 sec's and sent a pic, as it was unsafe to post the lipo back, and after paying the 50% had a new lipo turn up the next day
No arguments, no fuss, no hassle, just a simple Yes no problem.
Fantastic service and back up and if you want a reason to buy a optipower lipo, not just the performance, here you are, good old fastioned customer service and promises kept.
