Optiguard voltage

Can somebody tell me if the optiguard Lipo is constantly at storage or fully charged ?

i was going to charge it as its been dormant for a while but wondered if fully charging it will cause a problem ?

I never actually charge mine in honesty. I jsut check that it is at least at storage charge, and then let the main pack (a 2500mAH A123) charge it up in flight.

My understanding is that it will be at full charge (8 volts) unless you specifically set it to storage charge by holding down the button for 5 seconds and then it discharges itself down to storage charge.

Fully charged.
I got 2 here not in use,one is at 90% and the other is 60 as i held button down till it started to go in to storage.
