You accept their T&C when you sign up to use their service online.Originally posted by Bavers777 View PostCollect plus don't make it clear and don't make you sign or accept any conditions unlike many others. Pack it well and get on with it.
If there is some way to send a parcel without having previously created an online account then you may be right, but if you have to pay online first then their T&C do apply ...

the postage of lipos for non business users has just got ridiculous now IMO. A few years ago we posted them without reprisal but now, well, you'd feel less guilty smacking a small child in public (and even that was ok when i was a kid)
on a positive note, i got a Turnigy 6S 5000 from Hobbyking recently with a faulty cell. all i had to do was send a few photos of the dead cell on my charger and i got a brand new one sent out FOC
if lipo companies are going to offer 'replacement after return & inspection' in today's market, then they should at least provide/arrange legal return postage....IMHO of course.

I completely agree, if they don't then it makes a mockery of the warranty in the first place.Originally posted by scuba steve View Postif lipo companies are going to offer 'replacement after return & inspection' in today's market, then they should at least provide/arrange legal return postage....IMHO of course.
This problem also affects your statutory rights to return things under the DSR and it has certainly put me off buying packs from places like Hobbyking when I need a specific size or weight as they are very unreliable in that area.
