Voltage to high error charging 2s lipos on eos 720i super duo 3

I've searched the net trying to find an answer to this. I'm getting an error on port one on my hyperion
EOS 720i Super Duo 3 when charging 2s lipos its only ever on port one (left hand side)
& no matter what charge lead or mah rating of the pack it will always come up with an error whilst
trying to charge discharge or store mode the pack.
If I swap all leads etc to port two it will do whatever I tell it.
Is this a warranty problem? Could I send it back to fastlads & ask for a replacement.

Certainly sounds like a fault, how long ago did you purchase it from FL?

Bought it 27th of jan last year

Yes, your first call should be to them as your retailer. It would be reasonable for them to want to return the item for repair rather than offering an immediate replacement, but ask and see what they have to say.

Thats all well & good but kinda puts me out of the flying picture completely till they return it as I have no other means of charging anything.
I will give them a call tomorrow to see if they can help me.
