Just thought i would post about my recent experience with flight power lipos as i know there has been a bit of bad press about them, the service i got was very good and julians customer service is one of the best I've experienced, the lipos arrived on time and the live tracking worked all the way through as did the automatic email updates on the order, i think the site is now running very smooth as is the delivery
You can now buy with confidence, i haven't used the lipos yet as I'm waiting for my goblin, i will be using the 50-100c nano tech 6s 5000mah, (as 12s) they should perform well.

Stocksy27, did you manage to avoid import charges? What shipping did you use?

I have been tempted a couple of times to try them, but I have used HobbyKing germany instead to avoid the charges.

i used dhl delivery did not get chrged with import tax but you do get charged vat which needs paying before they will deliver them from the uk depo

I have had best results with standard (cheepest) hong kong post.
I order 2 packs at a time and have never seen a vat invoice. Happy days!

If you use a courier that is unavoidable.

I've always gone for the cheapest option on postage from FP and I've not yet had to pay anything.

VAT is a lottery though and you roll the dice each time, but no problems so far ...
