Safety code 65

Hi all

Having a few issues trying to charge two 6s 5000 packs simultaneously.

Keep getting the above code which means positive switch close failure.

I've successfully charged two 3s 2200 packs so I know my leads and connections are fine.

Anyone have a solution please?

Is it because the charger is 10s and you are trying to charge 12s?not sure,I broke my 10s by putting 24v In to it

No worries,I killed a cell in 11 6s batts cos I didnt have both leads plugged in,so charging as 5s,11 batts in the bin,I felt like burying my head as well but at least I learned something

Ouch that's an expensive mistake.

One thing I've learnt in the short time I've been flying, is this hobby has a great way of making you look and feel stupid at times. Good days at the field make up for it though.

Im gonna keep a lookout for a new charger now. I don't see The point of going PL6/8. I only want to be able to charge 2 packs at a time. That'll be good enough for me. Gonna need a new PSU too as my current one only kicks out 200w.
