You should be ok there,I regularly run my lipos down to 2 to 6% left showing on the same meter,3.1v per cell sometimes.

Put 3574 back into my 3500, 6s OptiPower today. Timer had gone off but had a couple of 4 point hovers practicing for 'B' cert, usually plenty there for that but she gently hovered down. Forgot I had been bashing away at tic toc practice most of the flight which must have taken more out than I expected.
3.6v, per cell,on landing. Proves they are decent batteries though.
Have reduced the timer by a minute.
