  • Rockamp lipo's, are they worth the price?

I have been looking at the discount price on the Rockamp lipo's at evo rc, looks tempting
I would be willing to pay a little more for these lipo's compared to the turnigys which im thinking of getting too IF they are worth the extra and last me a while.

    So many people use them?

Been using and abusing them.. but paid about £50 back then. still going strong though a little puffed. well over 110 cycles of hard flying.

I saw the reduced price of them at evo rc recently and bought another 2 as I feel at that price definitely a bargain. Out of any other packs i've used they have been the best. These included other well branded makes.

Recently been using the turnigy packs. both the blue and nanotech. put into perspective, the nanotechs have had it after 15 cycles. My blue turnigy got to about 40, and really not useable now.

Just to add, the blue turnigy I use are the 30-40c, and the nanotechs are the 45-90c rated packs. Not that I believe the ratings..but this is to show that I did not get the cheaper lower rated turnigy as a comparison with the Rockamp.

Still have not tried opti packs but very keen to. I decided to go back to Rockamps as I knew myself that from my experience with them that they have been the packs to beat in my experience.
