I have a couple of 12v 20 amp batteries that were used to operate an electric golf trolley. These are no longer used for golf but are perfectly OK and they can be left on trickle charge (with their own dedicated chargers) all the time so they could be ready any time to take to the field for charging lipos.
However, I have a couple of issues:
1. Will they be ok to use and hook up to my quad charger? (The charger can be connected to a car battery or similar with appropriate leads)
2. The connectors on the batteries are a bit unusual, and I'd like to rig up a lead to go between the battery and the charger, does anyone know what the connectors are called and where I can get them from? (I need the "male" type which is like the one that is already on the decicated charger)
