But listing even just the popular ones is a massive list.
but if you are serious about finding the best, why bother having flightpower and thunderpower on the list!
what do you guys mean? i thought flight power was one of the first best ones? i use them... but then again, i've been out of the hobby since about 2006 :-(
My experiences on 3S 2200mA C20/C25/C30 to date is
Flightpower - cheap but very short lived
Turnigy - lasting well but I paid a lot for them
Loongmax - early days but they seem very good so far
Kong Power - brilliant performers
Esky - only C15's but lasting well in the King 2
Also have a collection of 1S for the MSR but the Flightpower have all faded away now whilst the orginal E-Flight ones power on.
To sum up my favourite 3S are the Kong Power but the Loong Max will not be far behind based on current performance!

Current battery stock:-
2 X Flightpower 10S 4350 25C
3 X Flightpower 10S 3700 20C
5 X Flightpower 10S 3700 25C
6 X Turnigy 6S 5000 35C
3 X Flightpower 6S 4350 25C
4 X Flightpower 3S 2650 25C (used as 6S packs in series)
I started off on my 3DMP with Flightpower. I still fly a couple of my original 20C packs. They are not as powerfull as some of my newer packs, but still more than enough to give the model a seeing too.
A couple of my packs are around 80-100 cycles and do work well, so maybe I was lucky with the flightpower ones.
Have to say I cant tell the difference between the 20C and 25C Flightpower packs I have.
Decided to give the Turnigy packs a go as my friend had some Rhino's that seemed to work really good.
Power delivery is a huge leap compared to the flightpowers, however 3 of the six packs have already started puffing after only 15 cycles, and one struggles to balance.
The FP 6S packs are the worst, and really are only any good for stooging. It probably hasnt helped that they were used in a TREx 600 that are known pack killers due to the high amp draw on 6S.
I have just bought some of the new Turnigy Nano-Teck 2650 packs that are rated at 35-70C, so will be interesting to see how they compare to the FP that I am currently running in the Logo 400.
If money was really no issue, I would definitely go for the VX Hyperions as I havnt heard a bad thing about them, even after being abused, however they are 4 times the cost of the turnigy's, so I suppose thats to be expected.
turnigy from hong kong for me.. better punch and battery life out of all the ones we've tried including flightpower, kokam, dualsky ect. oh and did i mention we had 6 2.2A 3 cell delivered to our door for £70 including post?
Thats a good price i will buy some now if i can get 6 at that price to the door
