  • How often ???

    How often should I balance/charge my lipo's?

Is it best done all the time or is it not too important?

All I want is for my lipo's to last as long as possible and to get the best from them.

Balance them every time you charge them. This will max their life - guaranteed.

Stick to the 80% rule (discharge to about 20%) and then balance charge every time.
This gives your packs the best chance of a long(er) life
        Cheers,

No having the cells balanced puts more strain on a particular cell, reducing its life - the result is the who pack fails when the first cell colapses.

Therefore always keep them balanced - for the sake of 5 minutes extra on the charge time its well worth it.
