Well hows this for a dumb moment been out hovering in the back garden came in charged up the lipo then instead of unplugging the lipo i left it connected and pulled out the two power prongs out of the charger and one of them accidentally touched one of the balance ports of my 1st hobby h1300 power charger 5.
It now smells fried and when i try to charge it wont read the cells and shuts off so now i need a new just as good cheap lipo charger.
I need to be more carefull will have a look around the net for one tomorrow.

Had a look on the net they are all probably the same but what do you think is best from BANTAM E STATION 301DX ,TURNIGY ACCUCEL 6 CELL LIPO BALANCE CHARGER,IMAX B6 6S Digital Charger with Leads & LiPo Balancer.
They are all new on ebay uk stock priced about £35 £40 any input well come.

Don't worry mate, we're only human. I shorted 2 new lipos when trying to solder connectors to them. Learnt my lesson as I'm sure you have.

Anyway, check Fastlad out. They're special this month I'd the Hyperion blah blah charger priced at £74 iirc. I have one, and it's the muts nuts. Bit more than you were hoping to spend... OK, double lol, but it's future proof.

I have also shorted lipos but i really could not believe i would ever short my bloody charger
