It looks alright, would be fine for what i need it for. Unfortuantely I have had a HK charger before and it only last 4 months or so, which has put me off buying this.

Only works out to be £75 delivered too.

I currently use 2 GT Power A6 chargers from Hobby City. Had them a good while and they've done a great job. I did buy two cheapo power supplies from them though and they both failed within a few weeks.

What sort of power supply would i need?

The idea behind this is, when I go to the field I connect the charger up to my car, put a pack through the Pro, then stick it on charge.

With this charger I wouldnt have to wait for the other pack to finish charging.

Is this possible?

yeah that'll do what you want. you'd need a 20amp psu if you were to charge at full rate on all 4 channels

I've not done any field charging but I would have thought trying to charge 4 6S batteries at once from your car battery would knacker it pretty fast???

would be ok for a couple of charges , 4x 3s 2200mah lipos combined would take 8amp hours out of a 60 amp hour battery

Need a separate 12volt mate, been there done that in my model car days.

The charger looks like its just 4 of those cheapo chargers stuck together. get a Cellpro :-)
