yeah looks like the chgcapa is how much went in dischgcapa is how much came out, input voltage is what is going into the charger from the 12v supply output voltage is the voltage of the battery pack 
chgpeak is the highest voltage the pack went to so looks like your pretty much spot on with your guesses. thinking about the numbers displayed i think they are from the last cycle not averages, as you cannot pull out 2607mah on average with only 990ham going in. i'd say the pack false peaked, try a lower discharge /charge cycle over night say a 0.5a disharge then a 1.0a charge and then read the numbers that come off back to us. if the pack isn't warm and it hasn't put more than 3000mah back in stick it back on charge
