my blade 400 stock battery (eflite 3's 11.1v 1800mah) hasnt been working for a few weeks it not been charging on the stock charger I have always used for it. I also have a cellpro 4s to charge my revo's. I just bought an adaptor board to see if my cellpro 4s can rescue the dead battery but its not working, when I plug it in it comes up with 'lipo safety charge' and runs through the process but then comes up with error code 17?

Hi there
I appreciate that this charger is not the Cellpro but, if you forward to the 3:50 mark, he gives some instructions for dealing with a low cell voltage:

the battery has 4 wires : black, yellow, blue and red. I unplugged the yellow thinking it would be either cell one or three and my charge would then detect the battery pack as a 2's but my cellpro 4's charger comes up with an error code I think its because Im trying to connect 2's to a 3's adaptor.
however with the yellow lead disconnected my stock eflite charger still lights up as if it is charging but I have no way to check the voltage so I dont know which wires to leave connected to charge the low cell.
so can anyone tell me out of my black, yellow, bluw and red wires which 2 wires relate to cell 3? as this is the low one I need to charge ... im sorry but I fried my multimeter so cant check myself.

just looked up the manual
manual is here;17 Cell voltages don’t total correctly Cycle charger power. Pack may have a bad cell. Ensure red node wire is properly connected.

double check you have everything connected properly to the charger, if thats ok then it sounds like you have a bad wire on the balance lead. the charger can tell you the cell voltages this will tell you which wire has gone bad and you could carefly open the pack up and check the connections to the battery. be careful tho only do it if your confident in soldering.
